If there is a range of Adjectives complimenting a Noun, they are in the following order:
Example: A useful large modern French gardening shovel
A small modern thin black and white British plastic pen
If there are two Adjectives of the same type, we can put them in either other with each other
Example: A nice big modern red and white electric stove
A nice big modern white and red electric stove
